We understand that cancellations are rare, but in the event that you need to reschedule due to severe weather or any other unforeseen circumstances, we’re here to assist you every step of the way. Below, you’ll find all the information you need regarding our cancellation and rescheduling policies. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re committed to ensuring that your event is a success, rain or shine!
Deposit & Payment Information
We require a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your reservation and schedule your event. Accepted payment methods include all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. This deposit is applied towards your total balance and serves to lock in your reservation and reserve your unit. For Schools & Churches, checks are also accepted.
Full payment is due 48 hours before delivery. Failure to make payment will result in an additional charge to the credit card on file. Please note that once the bouncers are erected and set up, NO refunds are available.

Equipment Safety Guidelines
**Equipment Safety Guidelines:**
At Premier Creations Rentals, safety is our top priority. We want every event to be a fun and enjoyable experience for all participants. To ensure the safety of everyone using our equipment, please adhere to the following guidelines:
1. **Participant Supervision:** It is essential to have adult supervision at all times during the use of our inflatable units, especially when children are present. An adult should be assigned to monitor the activity and ensure that all safety rules are followed.
2. **Participant Capacity:** Each inflatable unit has a maximum capacity limit specified by the manufacturer. Please do not exceed this limit to prevent overcrowding and potential accidents. Adhering to the capacity guidelines ensures a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.
3. **Footwear Policy:** To prevent punctures and injuries, participants should remove shoes, eyeglasses, and any sharp objects before entering the inflatable units. Socks or bare feet are recommended for optimal safety and comfort inside the inflatables.
4. **Prohibited Items:** For the safety of all participants and the integrity of the equipment, certain items are strictly prohibited inside the inflatable units. These include food, drinks, gum, pets, and any sharp objects. Please ensure that participants do not bring these items into the inflatables.
5. **No Climbing or Rough Play:** Climbing on the walls, jumping from the top, or engaging in rough play inside the inflatable units is not permitted. Such actions can lead to injuries and damage to the equipment. Please remind participants to play safely and avoid rough behavior.
6. **Weather Awareness:** While our inflatable units are designed to withstand various weather conditions, certain weather events can pose risks to safety. In the event of inclement weather, such as lightning, strong winds, or heavy rain, participants must immediately exit the inflatable units and seek shelter indoors. Please exercise caution and prioritize safety during adverse weather conditions.
By following these safety guidelines, you can help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone at your event. Premier Creations Rentals reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement without refund in the event of non-compliance with safety rules. Return Check Policy
In the event of a returned check due to insufficient funds, the customer agrees to pay the total rental price along with an additional $75.00 return check fee. Please note that checks are only accepted from businesses, churches, and schools. Personal checks are not accepted under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Cancellations
Inflatable rentals can be canceled or rescheduled for any reason up to 24 hours prior to the event start time at no additional cost. Please note that ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, the total deposit collected will be applied towards event rescheduling for up to 365 days from the cancellation date. Cancellation after this time will incur half the cost of the rental(s). It’s important to understand that ANY AND ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL, and NO REFUNDS will be issued.
Cancellations due to weather conditions may be made up to 12 hours before the booking time at no cost. To cancel, the customer must contact Premier Creations & Rentals via phone call, text, or email. Once the equipment arrives at the event, payment is due and non-refundable.
For rentals set up on hard surfaces such as concrete, asphalt, or pavement, close supervision is necessary to prevent movement. If the equipment moves, the customer is responsible for relocating it to the original location and securing it properly as displayed during setup. WIND SPEEDS MUST NOT EXCEED 15 MPH for such setups. If wind exceeds this limit, the customer must provide a suitable grass location or reschedule the event for another date within 1 year (365 days) from the cancellation date.
Inclement Weather
Premier Creations Rentals reserves the right to refrain from outdoor engagements if, in our opinion, weather conditions would endanger the equipment or the safety of guests and patrons. This includes adverse conditions such as wind, rain, snow, or mud. In such cases, we recommend reserving a suitable indoor location as an alternative site.
We reserve the right to cancel the event if wind speeds reach hazardous levels for operating inflatables or if temperatures pose a risk due to extreme heat or cold. In instances of questionable weather, we will contact the lessee before delivery. Please note that deposits will not be refunded if the cancellation is due to weather conditions determined by Premier Creations Rentals. However, deposits will be reserved for event rescheduling for up to 365 days after cancellation.
For rentals set up on hard surfaces like concrete, asphalt, or pavement, close supervision is crucial to prevent movement. If wind speeds surpass this limit, the customer must provide a suitable grass location or reschedule the event for another date within 1 year (365 days) from the Cancellation Date.
Possession And Delivery/Pick Up Access
For all community/public events, Premier Creations Rentals requires a refundable cleaning deposit of $100 per unit, to be paid at least one week prior to the event. This deposit will be held until an inspection of the units after the event takes place. If there is any food, candy, silly string, glitter, or any other substance that requires extra cleaning of the unit, Premier Creations Rentals will retain the deposit to cover the additional cleaning costs.
In the event of any damages to the rental equipment, the following cleaning fees and damage charges apply:
– $200 for cleaning such as food, candy, face paint, etc.
– $500-$2000 for damages including holes, tears, rips, stains, burns, punctures, silly string, permanent damage, etc.
– $4000 & up if the unit is deemed irreparable or stolen, resulting in a total loss.
The customer agrees to pay the full replacement cost, including labor, for all damages to the rental equipment or if it is lost or stolen during the rental period.
Cleaning Fees & Damages
The customer grants Premier Creations Rentals the right and authorization to enter the property for the delivery of equipment at the specified time. The customer also agrees to provide access at any time (24/7) for the pickup of the equipment. Failure to grant access will result in an additional trip fee of $125.00 per trip. Additionally, a $25.00 per hour late fee will be charged for any units that cannot be picked up at the end of the rental period due to restricted access.
Premier Creations Rentals will handle the setup and takedown of rental equipment. Customers are not permitted to move rental equipment once it has been set up by Premier Creations Rentals. Moving the inflatable rental equipment can pose a risk of damage or injury and will result in a $500.00 fee assessed to the customer for any such unauthorized movement after setup.
Premier Creations Rentals cannot be held responsible for damages, injuries, or fatalities resulting from the movement of rental equipment. In the event that equipment is blown away due to customer negligence, such as failure to remove stakes, unauthorized movement, or alterations, the customer is liable for any damages incurred, including the full replacement cost of the unit and associated fees.
